If you have multiple company in your TALLY/BUSY ERP then create multiple business card for linking each company from your TALLY/BUSY.
A link user is a sales man/any other employee of your company who carries the digital card of your company with his name & contact number. Other content & feature remains the same. You can add as many link user you want to add to your card. 4 link user can be added for free with each new card currently.
When a new card is created in corporate or e-commerce category, a code is generated and displayed over the card in app, web. This the link user code which can be shared to your employee / sales person for use when they go to create a new card for themselves.
A CO-ADMIN is a duplicate of main Admin having view/edit rights given by the main Admin.
After you create your first business card, A button named - create co- admin appears on your dashboard. Click it to create a new co-admin. Remember a new co-admin should have existing login credentials on our app.
Admin is the person who creates the first card. He then has the ability to create – co-admin for partners, directors, managers in the company. A co admin can view all or partial data as per rights given by main –admin. Admin passes the link user code to sales person to let them create same company card . A link user is able to see ledger, sales invoice only of assigned party masters in his app.
1. Open the link user list in card down load section.

2. Click the ALL PARTY LIST button.

3. Select the party master from the list and link them to the particular link user.

2. To start tracking a person, you need to create a group in which you have to add this person.

3. Add this person directly from app /web, by getting the OTP from the person’s device.

4. Or passon the referral code of your group to him/her and ask him to sign up with the same referral code.

5. After creating a group tracking of the person becomes reality.

6. The person who is going to be tracked must have log in the kompass pro app with gps on.
