The basic requirement is to have an e-business card created in the app. To connect this business card with the desktop accounting software , one must download the sync tool from our website konnectmybusiness.com from the user dashboard after sign in. with the downloads the user also gets a explainotory PDF which explains the complete process of this account syncing.

HOW TO START KMB CARD

A BASIC CARD

  1. Download kmb app or weblogin here.
  2. Select Basic category among the 3 categories options
  3. Submit basic information about your business
  4. Enhance your e-business card by adding business logo, images , about etc
  5. Start sharing with your customers.

  2. Select – konnect for business/product & services.
  3. Choose - basic category option.
  4. Fill up basic information about your business.
  5. Get your business card completed by uploading business logo, and product/service images.
  6. Start sharing with your customers.

AN ADMIN CORPORATE CARD

  1. Select CORPORATE among card category options
  2. Select the option -NO CODE if you are admin of your business
  3. Submit details about your business , add images ,& business logo
  4. view your corporate card in app or web. get a link user code to add your employees
  5. Your card is ready to be shared.
  6. corporate card holders can send offers, price quotations, snyc office accounts on mobile, receive upi payments.
  7. To enable employees to get similar card, share the link user code of your card. It is printed on the card in app.

  5. As a link user you can only change about yourself information only.

Yes you can send pricelist files as pdf, or create a new price quote or a proforma invoice from the app. This facility is available for free .

Q 7. Do the other person compulsorily need KMB app to view my e-business card? can i share my e-business card with anybody on whatsapp?

No the other person need not have KMB app to view your e-business card. You can share your e-business card with any body on whatsapp. He will receive a weblink of your card. He can click it to view your card. To do further business transactions or just save your card, he needs to install the android app.

Q 8. Can I send ledger and invoices to my customers though KMB app?

Yes, This is the most innovative concept of our app. If he is your b2b customer, ask him to save your e-business card in his app library, and register his business as instructed on your card. After succesful registration he can start getting his ledger, current invoices auto loaded on his app.

Q 9. Can I create invoices and money receipts for my customers online?

yes the app has the facility to create new invoices and money receipts .

Q 10. Can I add my employees in the card ? or can my employee also have an e- business card of my firm?

Yes, its too an innovative concept of KMB. We call them link users. Once you create a corporate card/or e-commerce card on KMB you get a link user code. Ask your employee to install kmb app, go for creating a new corporate card/e-commerce card, with an existing link user code , given by you to him/them. They will have ditto card content and functionality as yours, but with their individual name and number which they can edit any time.

Q 11. How will KMB help me in collecting payments from my customers?

KMB gives a MAKE PAYMENT button to your customers on your e-card menu. He needs to click and select the payment option. 1.If he selects cash then he can generate an online request to you confirm the amount and date . After confirmation from your side, an online receipts is generated and shown to him. 2. If he selects BANK, then he needs to select from RTGS/NEFT/CHEQ/UPI option. He can fill in the transacation or chq number, which is intimated to you online. 3. if he selects BANK/UPI then he will be automatically directed to any/all of the UPI apps installed in his phone. He wil be asked to feed the amount only and confirm his transaction . The payment will be received in your bank through UPI.
